The objective of this project was to help a not-for-profit organization improve their Incident Management System.  The requirements for the solution to this problem included web-based, configurable, automatic e-mail notifications and escalation, intuitive interface with minimal training required, and centralized data repository based on SQL database. Three pieces of software were researched and analyzed to find the right one to meet their needs.
